how difficult is to install it?

Depends on the car but my install on a 2013 Challenger took about 30 minutes by myself at a slower pace.

Does this void the warranty?

Hey Jacob It doesnt void the warranty, only because you can take it off at anytime and replace the stock air intake. The only way you can void your warranty is if you mechanically alter your vehicle such as a computer tuner which would rewrite the computer in the vehicle or if you put a turbo on your vehicle. Those two types of adjustments would void your warranty. So in other words dont tune the engine and you should be fine. All the cold air intake does is draw more air into the intake which creates more power do to the fuel and air mixture. You might get better mpg from this. So get it put it on and youll hear a difference when you push your car past the 5000 rpm range. Thanks and hope this helps.

Is the intake made from aluminum or rubber ?

K&n has both kinds. The stainless one looks better but the plastic performs and sounds better. At 3800 rpm you will hear the difference and get a little kick in the butt dyno from it. A mild increase in torque.

It’s worth the money brand new

2014 dodge charger sxt plus Great intake I had another aftermarket intake prior to this one that gave me problems due to the maf sensor not being seated correctly also it not being specifically made for my car which caused a misfire and rough idle I replaced with the k&n and all was fixed I also replaced the maf sensor and map sensor and cabin air filter while doing this and there’s no rough idle at all and my car is running the way it should 💯😁
