Save your money! This product does not work and is expensive.
As a small business owner, I purchased three of these phones, and the Avaya telephone system (including the IPO 500 V2 control unit, sd card, etc) to be supported through Avatel. I have two telephone lines. This was phenomenally expensive -- over $5,000. These have not done what they needed to do. There is no do not disturb button. Trying to get my voice mail sent over the internet in a Wav file was spotty at best. The software has not kept up to ensure security. The maintenance plan is separate and is extremely expensive. When you do have a problem, the technicians do not know what they are doing. Online support was a joke - the technician would not listen to any questions or answers. He did not even have the basic knowledge to remote in. I've had to involve my IT person who was able to conclude that the system is out of date -- it will only respond to a static IP address, not a dynamic address. I was assured that this was a really good system. The SD card fried just two months after the system was paid off. After multiple attempts to fix it, it was somewhat fixed (still no voicemail to email) and two weeks later, it fried again. I cannot access voicemail messages even on the telephone - let alone via email. I'm done.
