Q: Does this product contain any steriods or cortisone?

NO, I do not think so .....this product did not work for me /

Q: What are the ingredients?

Please see the video. At least 20 different oils and herbs in it though. So glad it works!

Q: about how long will a tube last when applied to toes?

I do not know as I use it for my hands but a little seems to go a long way.
