Can you use with deskjet printers?

Yes. It smears instantly though. I do not recommend.

Can this be used with a cricut?

Yes I actually used it for my Cricut but the printing sucks for ink jet

Can you use these to make stickers for children?

Yes. You can print whatever you want and use a small pin to prick the sheet apart. It is easy to cut out.
