Blown away!
This was an impulse buy. I didn't need it but something just grabbed my attention about it. I already own a couple Surface Pro tablets. I also own a MSI Stealth 17 A1V which is my daily driver. My only complaint about the MSI is that it's too big and runs way too hot! You really can't sit it on your lap comfortably. So I would pretty much use my Surface Pro 7 on lap and my MSI laptop as a "desktop" machine. I started getting frustrated with my Surface Pro 7 feeling slow and sluggish. I tossed CachyOS on it but it was kind of a hassle. Plus, battery would only last maybe 2 hours which isn't impressive at all. So I saw this, bought it on a whim and I was immediately impressed! I left this unplugged for 22 hours. Returned expecting to have to charge it back up and I was amazed to see that it was still at ~70%. I love the mobility of the Surface Pro but didn't want to lose sacrifice that for the battery span. But despite the initial appearance and comparison to the Surface Pro 7, this is an entirely different machine. COMPLETELY! It feels heavier and a bit bulkier but it's still way better than my MSI laptop. I installed CachyOS as a dual boot on this and it worked right out of the box. No kernel modifications required. Needed to set up Howdy (Linux version of Windows Hello) which was a bit tricky but everything seems solid now. Honestly, this machine is by far the best impulse buy I've ever made (next to my Challenger.)

The Perfect Tablet for Architect
An incredible purchase for someone like me, especially as an architect. I spent a long time researching because I wanted a device that could be used as a tablet for sketching while also being powerful enough to run professional Autodesk software like Revit. The ROG Flow Z13 is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks to its powerful GPU and generous RAM, Revit runs incredibly smoothly, even on demanding projects. The performance is impressive for such a compact device. It’s also very portable, making it perfect for client meetings, site visits, and business travel. Of course, it’s a bit heavier than an iPad or a Surface, but that’s a trade-off I’m happy to make. In return, you get a true Windows workstation with desktop-class performance that those devices simply can’t match. If you’re an architect, engineer, designer, or anyone who needs both pen input and serious computing power, I highly recommend this device. It has exceeded my expectations.

Waste of money
Laptop/tablet is crap. If you plan on installing a new SSD then your function button will no longer work. Also the keyboard and back led window pane almost never work unless you constantly remove uninstall and reinstall the drivers. What a finnicky expensive paper weight. Reached out to asus about the button no longer working and that it is likely just a driver issue however you cant download the driver anywhere. They want you to send the laptop back to them.

Asus ROG Flow is amazing
Absolutely top tier for a tablet with integrated graphics. Doesnt get any better. I work in CAD and play videogames. Does both amazingly. Plus the keyboard is actually really good. If you can get this for less than 2k I’d really consider it if you’re looking for a laptop/tablet for work or gaming.

Great Laptop with Tablet feels.
Great laptop. I use it exclusively for gaming. Worth it. I play games like Mortal Kombat and Ghost Recon. I use it as an Xbox.
