So being a baker - finding things that brings out the quality in my yummy recipes is really important. Let's face it- baking,you put your heart and sole into a delicious outcome so ingredients are everything to me. Highest quality is what i look for and this Vanilla Paste is" Incredible ". You can see the vanilla bean seeds and the aroma is amazing. Feel like a dab behind each ear would work.lol This Vanilla Bean Paste is in an 8 oz quanity and larger then the average bottle which is 4 oz or less. The review I read were all good, but, the name stands for fabulous favor. For the size - other companies charge upwards of 49.00 and this one's price point is great. I use this type Vanilla and short of me making my own Vanilla paste and waiting weeks for it to reach it's perfect optimal flavor profile- this is ready to go and make anything you'd put Vanilla in majorly flavorful. The texture is on the slightly thicker side, which is how my personal homemade Vanilla Bean Paste comes out when it's ready to use. WIN!! Muffins, cookies, cakes and especially frosting.. Yummy. I give this product 5 out 5. "You" can't go wrong purchase this.

This vanilla paste has a gel like consistency and absolutely smells divine! The gel has little pieces of bean in it so keep that in mind for your finished food product. I have no problem using this vanilla in homemade cookies or pancakes. I like having this gel vanilla and my more liquid vanilla extract in my kitchen cabinet. I can control the liquid portion of doughs better. The opening at the top is wide enough for my measuring spoons and the lid fastens securely. This is the second time I've bought this vanilla. I plan to buy it again when needed.
