Q: Can I use an immersion blender with it?

I probably wouldn’t. You aren’t supposed to use any metal with these pans, only wood, bamboo, silicone, etc to avoid scratching the pan and non stick surface. Using an immersion blender may wear down the nonstick surface quick :(

Q: Is this woodstove cooking safe?

We don't recommend using a woodstove for Caraway!

Q: Can you bake bread in this?

The drawback of this product is the manufacturer's recommendation that it should be heated gradually, which would preclude placing it into a pre-heated oven, a limitation for baking bread.
