Q: Why some model sates that they are made in the USA and in the lens is written than are made in Italy?

Ray-Ban have not been made in the USA since 1999 when Luxottica Purchased the brand from Bausch & Lomb. the majority of Ray-Ban Sunglasses are made in Italy, such as the New Wayfarer 2132 and the Original Wayfarer 2140. There are a few brands of the Ray-Ban Sunglasses and the Majority of their Rx glasses are Made in China. They use the same equipment just a different country. Be weary of the ones that say New and Made in the USA, because there is a good chance those are counterfeit.

Q: I want to make sure the description is accurate. When I choose 'Rubber Black Frame/Polarized Green Lens' will I get polarized glass lenses as stated?

Q: is the 52mm more for a woman

Regardless of gender, 52mm is one of the eye frame size on the smaller side. Some women would not fit in 52mm and some men would fit in a 52mm it all depends on a person's face shape and size.
