Wash your upper arm area, then use the alcohol wipe to sanitize it. Massage your arm to get the blood flowing. Attach the blood tube to the suction device, press it on your arm, press the red button and then let the blood fill the mini tube.I read up on the process for the blood collection device before i used it, and used some tricks to help the blood collect more easily. Warm the area of your arm where you will put the device (warm wash cloth, etc). Do some exercises to get your blood pressure up a little (pushups, jumping jacks, etc). Then follow the collection process.The report that you'll receive is well laid out, and explains everything that was tested, and the levels (or lack thereof) that were found. it also includes a finding as to whether the test was positive or negative.The test isn't cheap, but you can complete it in the privacy of your own home. Be aware, that the terms of service and consent to allow the company to share your data (though they say in a limited fashion... I'm not sure how limited it is) - and you get the usual "we may share with law enforcement if subpoenaed" etc. waivers and disclaimers.My recommendation if you are worried about privacy - use a fake name, use a fake email - be smart about it. 99% of the people who use this test kit will not have to worry, but if you are concerned - it's worth a thought.Bottom line: the kit seems to be accurate. It's not cheap, but it's from a certified lab and you can perform the test in your own home.

I saw this and figured why not get checked out? I thought it would be easy and private, but no. You have to fill out a bunch of stuff and send it to a faceless facility somewhere where your blood and urine are analyzed. They will then send the results of your tests to you. So much for quick, convenient, and private. Id rather just go to the dr. tbh.
