Great magnesium supplement

Restless legs quieted and arthritis gone
Wonderful, high-quality product. My husband takes 1-2 tablets of this every night to keep his legs from twitching. Has been doing this for the last 12+ years. If he tries to skip a night, or forgets to take it, his legs twitch every 22 seconds. No lie. I can't help but count it because it's really funny. Also, his "beginning to show arthritis in your upper back" diagnosis from an x-ray 12 years ago switched to "no sign of it." This stuff is awesome! Have tried others, but they do not work--can take 4 or 5 tablets of other brands and NOT get the same result. Just fork out the money and go for the good stuff. (This one.)

The best Magnesium on the market
We've been using these pills in our family for years and have proven to be safe, effective, and economical. You can split the table is peaces if you want to reduce the dosage. Safe for small children and adults alike. Take 1 hour before going to bed with food. Improves the quality of sleep and digestion.

Amazing
This magnesium is an excellent product to release muscle tension and relax in order to go to sleep. I take to you before I go to bed every night and have been able to get off of Advil and muscle relaxers.

Works well, but are bigger than I like.
I was getting toe cramps in the middle of the night and decided to start taking this magnesium before I go to bed. It helped me sleep well and I did not get cramping anymore. My only issue is they are a little bit bigger than I like because sometimes they are harder for me to swallow. They’re not huge like most magnesium supplements, but decent size. Nature’s Sunshine makes good quality products.
