The Renpho R4 Massage Gun with Adjustable Arm has been a great addition to my self-care regimen. Long hours sitting at a computer alternating with exerting myself to the max at the gym leaves my shoulders very tight. The Renpho R4 allows me to reach all my sore muscles on my shoulders and upper back without having to contort myself. The massage gun comes with 6 attachments and can be adjusted to 5 different angles and 4 speeds. It comes in a nice soft-sided case in which the massage gun, attachments, and power supply have their own place to nest. It has solid construction and is made with quality materials. The design of the massager is very well-balanced, making it easy to hold and maneuver from any angle. Besides working on my shoulders, this massager has been great on my calves, which get sore after jumping rope. I can even reach my lower back with ease. The motor is pretty powerful without being too loud, though I have not needed to increase the power past the first setting to get my knots out. All in all, this massager is a great value, considering massage guns with comparable features charge up to 3x more than the Renpho.

I read a positive review about this massage gun on the NYT's Wirecutter site and, seeing it was HSA eligible, I ordered one here. After six weeks of daily use, I can confirm that it was a great purchase. It includes a wide range of attachments (I mainly have neck and shoulder issues, and the fork is my favorite for those), a nice carrying case with storage indentations for the attachments and charger, and the gun charges quickly and keeps a charge for several days. I have two gym-rat twentysomething sons who use the gun regularly and say it has plenty of power, even on setting 3 of 4. (I find that settings 1 and 2 of 4 are plenty for me). The adjustable triangle design makes it relatively easy to get to most spots on the neck and back without an assistant. I suppose there is a chance it won't last too long, but it certainly seems to have been well worth the money. The relief it provides is deep and immediate. Highly recommended.

My son loves the heater/cooler. It has lots of power and love the case and attachments. Only reason 4 stars is the battery dies quickly. Our last machine stayed charged for weeks

I was very impressed with the overall power of the gun. I liked the assortment of attachments and the case provided with the set. The battery seems to run down fairly quickly but the USB-C charge seems to get it charged quickly. It is more effective on the back for someone else to use the gun on you. Otherwise, for the neck, arms, and legs you will be surprised how effective it is on the muscles!

Despite being in my mid-20’s I have suffered with Upper-Back and Neck Pain for quite some time. My Doctor recommends Physical Therapy twice a week and Chiropractor visits once a week, but given my busy schedule it is hard to find time. As someone whom frequents the gym, the pain associated with my back and neck has long interfered with my workouts not to mention my other lifestyle activities such as school, work, and travel. As such, the RENPHO Massage Gun has provided me with both convenience and pain relief. The Device is to be charged prior to first use which takes just a short amount of time and consists of placing the removable Battery on the provided Base. Although the Device is powerful, it remains quiet during use which allows my family members and I to enjoy television and not scare our pets. The Device contains Various Features and Components, including six Massage Heads, five adjustable Angles, and four Speeds which can be used interchangeably depending on desired preference in order to provide maximum relief to affected areas. My personal favorite Head is the “Fork Head” which I have found has helped with my Neck Pain tremendously by providing subtle, yet significant stimulation when placed on the second-lowest Speed. On the other hand, my significant other whom does not have a diagnosed medical condition prefers the “Bullet Head” for what he considers to be the equivalent of a Deep Skin Tissue Massage. (The Directions provide a short and easy-to-follow Description on the Device’s Assembly as well as the associated Massage Heads and a list of Body Areas for them to be used on.) When not in use, the Massage Gun and all of its Components can be placed in the durable case which makes storage and on-the-go usage easy. While the RENPHO Massage Gun will undoubtedly provide pain relief for both athletes and those whom suffer from medical conditions, normal relaxation benefits should not be overlooked as the Device offers at-home alternatives to pricier in-person Massages.

I had this massage gun for about 3 years now. I like how you can adjust the angle of it. However the battery is not replaceable. The battery is Removable but Not Replaceable. To charge this massage gun, you need to remove the battery from the massage gun and plug it in to the charger. With removable battery you would think that you can replace it when the battery loses it's power. NOPE.. They don't sell the battery replacement and you can't find it anywhere. I had mine for 3 years and it doesn't hold charge as it used to. I can't find the replacement battery so I have to order a new set and trash my old one... just because I only need a new battery.. And what's the point of having removable battery, if the battery is not replaceable. Might as well make it non removable and use a plug directly to the massage gun to charge.

Ce pistolet m'a été conseillé par un chiropracteur de très bonne renommée du coup je l'ai acheté et j'en suis très satisfait. Il est bien maniable, pas trop lourd, simple d'utilisation et avec une puissance largement suffisante (je le laisse quasiment tout le temps sur 1 ou 2 en sachant que ça peut aller jusqu'à 5). Le témoin de la batterie est très pratique pour pouvoir le recharger quand c'est nécessaire. Bien évidemment il est livré avec tous les embouts nécessaires pour une utilisation complète sur le corps. Le tout est dans une pochette à fermeture éclair donc vraiment super pour le prix.

La novità principale di questo prodotto è la possibilità di regolare su 5 livelli (mediante la pressione del tasto centrale con la scritta Renpho) l’angolazione del massaggiatore in modo da poter raggiungere facilmente e soprattutto anche in autonomia quasi tutti i muscoli del corpo. L’impugnatura è comoda ed ergonomica e piacevole al tatto. Il peso complessivo è tutto sommato contenuto: appena 1Kg. Sono disponibili 4 intensità di massaggio ognuna indicata per uno specifico trattamento. Io ho trovato particolarmente gradevoli e rilassanti le prime due velocità utilizzando sia la testa piatta che quelle a sfera sui muscoli di braccia, collo e cosce. Per massaggi più localizzati, intensi e profondi si possono usare le testine a proiettile o quella a forcella. Il massaggiatore ha un indicatore di carica della batteria su 4 livelli e si spegne automaticamente dopo 1 minuto dall’ultimo utilizzo. Anche il caricabatteria ha nel trasformatore una luce che indica il caricamento (rosso) o la carica completa (verde). La batteria sembra durare a lungo, ma ovviamente dipende dall’utilizzo. Si deve fare attenzione a due cose durante l’uso: massaggiare i muscoli, ma non le parti dure del corpo come le ossa o le articolazioni (come anche riportato nel manuale) e quando si inseriscono le testine si deve premere a fondo effettuando un leggero movimento circolare per farle entrare completamente (dopo due volte si prende la mano). In generale si tratta di un ottimo prodotto che fa egregiamente ciò per cui è stato progettato. Renpho si conferma un marchio di qualità, valido e innovativo.

I didn't expect this purchase would last but after 2 years the battery still holds charge and rarely needs recharging and the motor still works like when it was new. The rubber on the handle still feels good and hasn't become sticky or cracked as may occur with cheaper brands. The massage gun works well at all speeds and has been better than expected for loosening stress and relieving muscular pain. I use it while stretching or when I have back pain and I find it helps loosen stiff joints and relieve muscular and nerve tension. You should be careful when massaging close to hard bone or upper spine as it is not recommended to do so in the manual. You will also soon learn not to when the massage head clatters on any bony party of your body! Charging is also easy given the usb c connection on the bottom of the handle. I appreciate the carry case which keeps everything tidy and the ease of use. Even though it has 5 attachment heads I usually only use 3 of them and the hard u shaped one is only really useful if a partner can massage your back for you, but they all feel different and affect the muscles differently. Also too is the range of speeds. While some massage guns have finer control, I find the limited number of steps is all I need. One thing to note is that the hard plastic heads could potentially be used with oil but it may be better to purchase a metal head separately. I use the massager dry on skin or even over clothes and haven't found the need for oil as the movement of the device means it does not usually drag or get stuck anywhere while in use. Given the price and quality (especially if you can get one during a sale), I would happily recommend this brand and models if you are a first time buyer.
