So pleasantly surprised!!! With low carb you wonder what you'll get...but this was a bonus buy!!!! The noodles were el dante when done, perfect. The cheese sauce was great tasting (add sour cream and it'll be fantastic) You may find that you'll want to add a little more milk as the cheese gets sticky a little dry as it sits if you like it creamy. I love mac & cheese so when we went low carb I was so upset. Not any more!!!! These are as easy as making normal mac & cheese. My husband and I made 2 boxes at a time and we had some left over for later. They need to package it in a set of 4 because most families will need that to feed all of them. It's a bit pricey but let me tell you...this will be a staple in my house from now on!!!! Very good!!!! Sooooo happy!!!

Been eating gluten free for almost a decade and this is by far the worst GF thing I’ve ever tried. Tastes like paint, texture leaves something to be desired as well. It was so bad I’m surprised I didn’t get sick. Here’s a pic of it (in the garbage).

I was missing mac & cheese on keto, and this totally hits the spot. Creamy, filling, and doesn’t knock me out of routine.

This is TERRIBLE, I wanted to like it because I really like his recipes but he should stay on that. This product is a fail, healthy food doesn't need to taste this bad. We followed all the instructions and we are foodies and cooks, we know what taste decent but this wasn't even average. It was simply so bad, like sand grain taste. The worse is that it can't be returned.

I love Kazien pasta so I was excited for their mac and cheese....it was just ok. I just make Mac and cheese with their regular pasta now.
