The sign is awesome very bright. Plus people been complaining about the modification but is not hard at all. Pretty simple just follow the instructions and that's it. I love it such a great price goled yall rock guys.

First off, right out of the box and plugged. WOW! This looked fantastic! Then came trying to program it. The instructions were scant. The software was cryptic. The preview window small (even the larger one that you can open). I looked for a tutorial on YouTube hoping that I could learn that way but there was nothing. I thought that I could look at the demo and see how that was put together but that was all in another language. I just had to hunt and try things to figure it all out. Background animations do not show up in the preview window so it was a lot of trial and error to see what things looked like. (Make changes, program USB drive, eject drive, insert drive in sign, see how it looked, then start all over). Over all I was happy with my purchase, but I reall wish it was more intuitive to program.

Instructions were bad terms and conditions are in a foreign language. Not user friendly. In any way

I bought this for my kid. it is the right size and perfect for his needs if only we could get it to work. After two hours and not getting a message to scroll we gave up. We tried hid IOS and my android and it just would not work. Every time we tried to change a setting it would go into a test or error mode. This was his big Christmas gift and it was a huge disappointment. Returning it.
