Comfortable weights for kickboxing!
These are great, very comfortable weights to hold. I primarily use this for a kickboxing class I take at my gym. It's definitely adds difficulty to the workout for me.

Hands-down, one of the best tools for martial arts and fighters.
I think this is one of the best tools for fighters or mixed martial arts in general. The ergonomic design allows you to float through your combos with a little bit of extra weight that increases your speed and strength. It allows you to come back to full guard after you throw your strikes, unlike dumbbells.

Definitely solid. Little pricey
These 'little' guys are nice.I want to give a disclaimer: These egg weights are NOT SMALL. They are LARGE. You will not be able to fully clench your fist, or even touch your palm with your fingertips.I am a male with hands that would be considered between "L" and "XL" when purchasing gloves, if that helps with perspective.Although it is large, its not uncomfortable surprisingly. Once you get the hang of holding them, its more about strengthening the punching muscles (if using for MMA). It might be hard to practice technique if you cant even fully make a fist while using them. But the strength and speed can still be worked on.That is the reason I originally purchased them.If using them for something other than MMA or boxing or the sort, you likely wont have an issues, and for the size, they have a nice heft that can enhance your regular workouts in cardio and im sure could have other uses in your workouts if you do crossfit or P90 type workouts. That being said, the product itself does what I wanted it to, and is comfortable enough that I am happy with it. It was a little pricey, if price is a concern maybe keep looking for alternatives first. But for the money it was worth getting to me at least.

Worth the money
Did two rounds of shadow boxing with the weights then immediately hit the bag with gloves on…my hands felt weightless like I had no gloves on and I had more snap and speed to my punches..Worth the money and exactly what I wanted.

Awesome 👏🏽 product.
Nothing bad to say. It’s almost perfect. Use it every day exercising (wife) and me for shadow boxing. Get my punching speed. Feels good at the hand. The rubber holder is also helpful. Over all this was a really really great product and well worth my spending money. For me this item was not miss leading. People just have to read the discription as far as weights. I bought the 3lbs. Which is the total of bought weight combined. So each weights is 1.5lbs. Thinking of buying the 4lbs also. Which is 2lbs each weights. Over all great product and highly recommended. For exercise and of fighters. Such as boxer mma Muay Thai or kickboxer.

These encourage shadow boxing 1.5lbs per weight
For me, I really don't like shadow boxing, but having these tools in my hands somehow encourages me. They put weight behind your punches and even at only 1.5 lbs per weight you definitely feel it when your trying to snap your punches at speed, especially when you try to throw a proper hook where you would typically lose speed. As someone more on the muscular side I have trouble with speed, so these seem like a good way to bridge the gap a couple times a week.Keep them near your tv, guaranteed you'll get up once in a while to throw some punches while you're watching.I haven't used them long enough or consistently enough to speak to how well they work over time, but the fighters I train with said they were a good tool. (They often have fighters train with heavier gloves so they naturally throw their hands faster in the ring with the 12oz gloves). Worth the expense in my opinion but not essential if you have other priorities.

Good exercise
When using, practice footwork and blocks as well. So easy to use and a great hand fit.
