I bought this to wear under a dress that has a slight lower back than normal & shows a regular bra strap. This fit PERFECT for what I needed. The padding isn't bad & it seems pretty comfortable. I am petite so the shoulder straps are longer than I'd want in a workout bra but for my purposes it works just fine. I would say this has medium support. It would also be nice for shirtless workouts since it offers a ton of movement range in the shoulders. 10/10.

I LOVE running girl. Color is gorgeous ( all colors are like photos) quality is soft , stitched well, insert cups stay put, band is comfy, wicks sweat and is sexy and supportive. I look for these features, wash on delicate, hang dry and have NEVER had a quality issue! I wait until on sale to buy, for price deals but at full price , worth it!!!! Their leggings are great too !!! FYI!

Super comfortable, love that it's a sleek performance material. I do wish it had adjustable straps but for low impact it's a great bra. I'm a 34C and got a medium.

Highly recommended all sports bras from this brand! High quality, always a great fit, and they have removable pads (that don’t fold and slide when washed 🙌🏼). I’ve never ordered one I didn’t love. They fit TTS but I always size up for comfort and because the struggle is real when try to take off a sweaty sports bras!

Very comfortable and true to size

Not for me. I have tried to wear this bra for yoga with and without the pads. My boobs just kind of fly out the top. Thought I could wear it for yard work but it will not stay put. Not sure if it is too big or too small. There are no other adjustments. I suppose if a girl did not bend over or squat or do a forward fold it might work. Maybe for running but not for me. I do like the open back part though.

Cutest and most supportive sports bra I own! It's super comfy and I 100% think it's perfect for the price. Very well made and I feel very secure in it.

I'm a 34B/36A Tried S, M and LPretty but Ill fitting. Since I often have issues with band tightness I ended up trying 3 different sizes.Large was too large everywhere. Medium fit well in the straps but was too loose everywhere else. The S fit well in the straps and bust but was too tight in the band.With the S I also noticed how stiff the band was, maybe it would have fit if it had been softer and stretchier. Also I initially thought it might be a sizing issue, but this bra is too bulky, even with the pads taken out. Returning and don't recommend.The versions I purchased were Amazon Prime with free returns and I am returning for free via UPS drop off.
