About six months later the sound went from lasting 40 to 45 to 15 minutes. I emailed the manufacturer and the customer service department responded right away and told me to send them back and they would mail me new earbuds. And they did. Excellent customer service and the new ear buds work absolutely fantastic and better then the original earbuds.
