Will this work with a 20W Diode laser?

Hello, Here are some settings that one of our customers used on a 20-watt diode laser, in general, BLI recommends a CO2 laser-25 watt minimum. and Fiber laser 10 watts to work with our products. Below has not been tested by BLI, just sharing what other users came up with, i hope it may help. 20-watt diode laser by Fox Alien 4040LE. Settings used By one of our customers: Power=20 watt (100%) Speed= 15% Interval = 0.01 Focus= 30 mm from the substrate (very important to set it accurately)

How many w is required to leave a mark on the glass? Can I leave marks on the glass such as 0.1 mm in very small writings?

I intend to use the product immediately after mixing with alcohol but if there is a leftover, I wanted to know what is the shelf life of the mixture?

Hello Shelf life of the powder is up to 10 years and if it’s mixed with Alcohol it’s still up to 10 years as long as it doesn’t dry up. And even if it does just crush the dried agglomeration into powder and mix it with fresh Alcohol and it should be like new. Thank you for being our customer. Grover
