Wild Herb Shea Butter Ghana Beige sourced from a USDA and ISO 9001 Certified Organic Supplier

I had some questions about the quality of the product because it had an off smell. The seller was not able to help anymore than saying “shea butter does not go bad and we will not replace it”. Had to do some of my own research to learn about the smell and YES shea butter can and does go bad within 12-24months depending on storage. The smell is not making me gag like is said to identify a rancid butter... but I would have liked the seller to be a little more informative and helpful to my question. The product is good but the customer service was a thumbs down.

I so excited to get this product after all the reviews I didn't care about the few extra dollars for good quality yellow shea butter i was so sadden to open up the box and it the ivory so I feel like it's falsely advertisement..😢

Received product on time, it was soft and fresh. Very pleased with product, a little bit goes along way. Will order again.

I used this to make my first ever batch of lip balm and it is wonderful! I ended up using some of my lip balm as hand lotion and love it. I am looking forward to trying some other recipes now.
