Better sleep
I am a short female, a side sleeper, chose Medium size, it fits well.I have been using this pillow for over a month now, great improvement in my sleep! I used to sleep on a down pillow for its fluffy soft feeling, but I woke up in the middle of the night because it flattened out. This moon shape pillow is amazing because I kept moving during my sleep lol. Longer sleep, better sleep, worth every penny!
