Great flavor. Quick delivery. The Only disapppoint (for me, because these were gifts) was the product was expiring in less than a month away from delivery date. Fortunately, the gift of the six lbs. of salame was eaten quickly, (so I was told) and the recipients were quite happy with their gift...So, no complaints from me.I will be purchasing more products from this company, they are awesome!

I grew up in the East Bay of San Francisco so hard, dry salami was easy to find. Husband and I now live in Northwest Kansas and it's nowhere to be found except on Amazon. I'm familiar with Columbus and have always liked their products and this is delicious. I used a meat slicer to make very, very, very thin slices to thoroughly enjoy the aroma and taste. Superb! Brings back childhood memories of Saturday salami sandwiches with the family while cleaning house.

As written above, the salami is so large that it doesn't dry all the way through. The value of the product is quite good, but when the quality suffers as a result, I have to say I will probably try to buy smaller salamis in the future.

Nothing to dislike in this product! If you are a lover of good cured meat, you can't go wrong with Columbus brand salami.

I've been missing good Italian deli item since I left Chicago for Louisville and found this to be a good quality product for the price. I will be doing a a side by side taste test soon when I can justify having 6 lbs of salami in the house.

Great buy and excellent quality. Since you can slice it as you need, it last much, much longer then purchased sliced salami from the grocery store.
