Does not come with battery acid.
Please read full product info. It does NOT ship with the battery acid. This is the first battery that I have ever bought that did not have it. However, it was in the description and I can not fault the shipper. Well played sales people. YUSA batteries have never let me down, and this will not either I am sure. I will find out after I go into town and buy acid and fill the battery and then see how it goes. The only reason I am posting this is to inform you that this is a dry battery (Does NOT ship with acid). The reason it got a 5 is because they did their job and wrote that it did not. So much for riding my motorcycle tonight. I now have to drive into town, buy battery acid, drive back home fill with a tiny little funnel, place on a charger, put the bike back together and wait for the charge to happen. But they are a great battery. Again, Well played seller. Well Played.

Fit Like a Glove
Fit into a 2005 Yamaha XV250 Virago like a glove. Battery charged to 13.1v and cranks the engine over effortlessly. YES, this ships without battery acid and you need to get it filled somewhere. Most motorcycle dealerships will do this for a small fee, or you can spend a bit more money and buy acid at a local auto parts store. Yuasa is a brand you really can't go wrong with.

Not good....
This is not a real YUASA battery, looks like it but ever so slight differences, not until now about 8 months after purchase did I realize this, now I have one very expensive dead battery... just buy one at the actual motorcycle dealer, it will be about $20 more but you will get a warranty. Furthermore the old one that is 7 years old, and has sat for a year and that I replaced with this new one, still has 8.7 volts registering on my meter, this ‘new yuasa’ after four months of regular use and for months of disconnected use (storage) now has .3-.5 of registered voltage.P.S. I am a certified motorcycle mechanic and have vast knowledge of storing motorcycles and how to properly fill and first charge a battery and long term storage of a battery.....

Cherry!
this is a great product for a decent price. Hi. Came on time and undamaged. Comes without acid you have to buy your own when she's okay with me because most motorcycle owners keep extra acid because unlike cars motorcycles go through acid quicker. It's also easier to deliver as far as no one wants to transport acid. It's hard to get batteries in the mail where I live because of the acid. This allows me to get a battery for a good price and I just have to add to acid customer for life! :-)

Enviaron la batería pero tiene el acido para colocar y en el manual de instrucciones dice que un puede elegir entre poner el acido que viene con la batería u otro!!!
R**.
Read the whole description, I didn't.
Battery is great, only problem was that I didn't see where it did not have the acid included. Shouldn't be in a hurry I guess, my own fault. So, if you don't have spare acid laying about, buy it as well.
