I bought the grey one, looks fine. I don’t have any significant back problems but the seat adjuster is broken in my work truck so I needed something to help with posture and position. This is not too firm, not too squishy just very comfortable. The extension really helps for fitting it to the seat. But you may have to go back and tighten it after initial use. Otherwise it goes from barely fitting to sliding back and forth out of position. It may be better for extended driving. I’m in and out all day, so it’s kinda a nuisance to get it just right. The fabric also catches on my clothes so that drags it sideways a lot. But I’m getting used to it and while I would have preferred a more seamless experience, I have definitely noticed a difference in comfort and posture while driving and throughout the day. If it helps I’m about 185lbs and 5’7” with fullness in the back. Someone slimmer might not have to fuss with it as much, but then it might not feel as supportive either? Update: Been using it for about a month and still love it! All the initial kinks are worked out and I swear my posture has improved. It holds up. I have to reposition occasionally but its not the nuisance I thought it would be. It’s extremely comfortable!!! Update: This gets better with use. It doesn’t bother me anymore. I just got used it to it dragging a little. It holds up! I need it, so I’m happy to adjust.

I work at a very old desk, and use a very old wooden chair. This was easy to attach, and I no longer have an aching back. Problem solved. I wish it came in more colours.

I've tried a few lumbar pillows before this one, and none of them held up they went flat fast or wouldn't stay in place. This one is different. The memory foam material is dense and sturdy, molds to the curve of your lower back, and doesn't flatten out even after months of daily use. For the price, it's a great value compared to similar cushions I've bought before. Comfort-wise, it's excellent supportive without being stiff. I sit most of the day for work, and I genuinely feel better by the end of it; the constant lower back tightness I used to deal with is mostly gone. It's durable the adjustable straps keep it locked in place so it's not sliding around, and the cover holds up well to regular use. Cleaning is easy too: the mesh cover unzips and is machine washable, which matters since I use this daily and it gets sweaty in the Florida heat.
