Fantastic for Pain/Inflammation/High Cholesterol ๐
๐ This Ceylon Cinnamon powder is excellent, and it tastes sweet and divine. Ceylon has great health benefits, and I partly got it to help lower my dad's cholesterol. I have ceylon cinnamon sticks that I grind down to use in my herbal tea blends, but they don't taste half as smooth, sweet, and rich as this powder does. I love Kiva, because they simply have some of the best quality health food products. I'm especially fond of their impeccable, delicious, immune-boosting Manuka Honey, which cured me completely of my sinus staph infection (when antibiotics failed to do so). I mixed both the honey and this cinnamon into my tea, but it stayed grainy and floated in pieces. Otherwise, it tastes really good, and I know I'm doing my body a favor every time I eat ceylon cinnamon. I also like the large, tall size and convenience of this easy to use, easy grip bottle. You can choose to sprinkle the cinnamon out, or to scoop it out, as you can see in my picture. The price was reasonable, and I have zero complaints. It makes me want to get more Kiva health products. I'm a fan, and you probably will be too. This is high quality cinnamon. Update: Cinnamon has warming, anti-inflammatory properties, and I decided to give those properties a whirl. I added this powder to a pain relief supplement blend and made about 100 capsules.. and I'm really glad I did! I used licorice, wild yam, butterbur, holy basil, feverfew, and this ceylon cinnamon powder. Before she left for work today, I gave 1 size 00 capsule to my mom to help her with her arthritis and resulting pain and inflammation. After work, she was zipping around comfortably, elated and laughing with pure joy, without her usual heavy limp and exhaustion. The change was night and day, and I believe this cinnamon played a part. It was practically a miracle, and we are all shocked and amazed. I will continue using this cinnamon for as long as it takes, and obviously, so will my mom. She literally appeared, felt, and seemed 20 years younger. Who knew medicine could taste and smell so good?!

Very Impressed!
I was a little skeptical after reading some of the bad reviews, but I am pleasantly surprised by the quality, quantity and price. I use a lot of ceylon cinnamon for health reasons and was having a hard time finding my usual brand and it's price had skyrocketed! So I ordered this Kiva Organic and am happy I chose this one this time. The scent is very sweet and I can smell it as I open the bag. The color is a nice brown color. The taste is mild, but from what I understand most ceylon cinnamon is mild in comparison to cassia or saigon. I was very happy with the fine texture, it was not like sawdust which happened with another bulk brand I bought last year. It mixes very easily into coffee, matcha, smoothies, oats, anything really. No cinnamon will ever dissolve completely, but this is fine enough to put in drinks or sprinkle on toast and not be able to feel any texture. I consume this product daily and like the price for the quantity. My bag expires in 2 years, but I will definitely use it up way before then and reorder.

I take with honey, lemon and black seed oil!
Me and some co workers are taking this with honey, lemon and black seed oil. My back pain has completely gone away and my love handles are almost gone and the little pooch that I have is just about gone after three weeks of constant use. We drink our "witches brew" as one of my co workers outs it 3x a day. I mix one tablespoon of organic cold pressed black seed oil, a TBLSP of fresh organic lemon juice, a teaspoon of this cinnamon and a TBLSP of raw organic honey with 4 ounces of water. It doesn't taste bad at all and u can take it forever if u want since it is all natural. The black seed oil is good for over 100 ailments which is why they call it the "blessed seed". The lemon, cinnamon and honey also have their own things they are good for. We drink it at work in the morning, 30 mins before lunch and b4 we leave work altho we take a break on the weekends. When we urinate it is a bright yellow and we go often. A nurse said it is bc it is detoxing our kidneys which is a good thing. We will continue to drink this forever if we can. Soooooooo many health benefits to this concoction! I love the way this cinnamon tastes!

I have read that the Ceylon cinnamon is the best kind of cinnamon to use for these health issues
I purchased the Ceylon cinnamon after doing some research on natural remedies for joint pain and inflammation. I have read that the Ceylon cinnamon is the best kind of cinnamon to use for these health issues. I have fibromyalgia and do not take any medication. I take several supplements like fish oil, magnesium, curcumin, B complex, vitamin D3, probiotic. I figured the cinnamon was worth a try. I like that it is organic and it really has a nice flavor and texture. I stir a little in my coffee in the morning. Probably about 1/4 teaspoon in each of my two cups of coffee. I find that if I put it in the cup first and then pour the coffee over it while mixing with a spoon it helps it dissolve better than dumping it on top and trying to mix it in. Most of it dissolves although there is usually some left in the bottom that has not dissolved. I try to incorporate more of the cinnamon into other foods throughout the day if I can because I think at least a teaspoon is ideal for the day. I often mix it with some applesauce for a snack. I have been using the cinnamon for about a month now and do feel like it has helped. If I don't use it for a few days my joints begin to be more sore again. It's still a little early to tell for sure but it seems to be helping :)

I had no idea what quality cinnamon tasted and smelled like until I tried this cinnamon. The stuff you buy at the supermarket is absolute garbage. This stuff is so fragrant, the aromas that I smell whenever I open the package bring a smile to my face. Its taste is ridiculously good. So very good. The price comparisons I made vs other brands at the time showed it to be a much better bargain. If you have never tried good quality cinnamon, I suggest you buy a bag because this stuff is night and day vs what most people are used to.

This truly is the best value for Organic Ceylon Cinnamon. I use it daily for my latte. I love it and it comes unsweetened so use can use whatever type of sweetener or sugar you like.

I never knew about this type of cinnamon until I watched a video on Cassia cinnamon versus Ceylon cinnamon. So glad I bought the Ceylon as it is much more healthier. And you can use more of it then the Cassia cinnamon. Very happy with the scent and taste.
