It’s big heavy and bulky
Very heavy, bulky and smelly but it does retain heat longer than the plastic pellet type of product. The tie belt is great for larger people.

Provides heat AND mobility!
Superior construction. Just put in a microwave oven for one minute and then turn over and microwave for another minute. Best features are high quality construction and the mobility it provides. No wires but freedom!

THE BEST!
Where has this been all my life?? My spine is fused from the top of my tailbone to my shoulder blades. The warm moist heat is just the ticket for my aching back. Add in my TENS unit and I can go another few hours before my back calls it quits.
