great user control, great online resource to help create the right settings you any tank. I own 6 of them, 5 saltwater and 1 freshwater, coral growth is amazing, freshwater version has crazy plant growth, recommend to pro and novice alike

I would never buy aqua illumination hydra 32 again. I have 3 of these lights and tge lenses have burned through on all 3 of them. The fans were working properly on all of them. So that should not have happened. Also problems with them dropping from the app used to run the and turning in and off randomly. After researching them sounds like other people have had the exact same problems. I unplugged all of my lights from my tank. I have some old lights I put up in tge mean time. I will be getting new lights either Kessil, Radion or Reef Breeders. I will never buy an aqua illumination product again. I feel like I wasted money on 3 of these.
