First pc.
Been researching a lot for getting my first pc. Was stuck between this one and another one. On arrival the pc was packaged very nice and secured. Everything was there and the instructions were straight to the point. Keyboard and mouse and the mouse pad worked great with the RGB colors. After getting everything set up the PC has been working great and running very smoothly. I’ve played games and honestly it’s been so smooth it’s amazing. It hasn’t gotten too hot or anything so it’s good on cooling. I would say for everything it came with (pc, mouse and keyboard, soundbar and all the wiring) it’s a good 10/10. If you’re wanting a first pc and your budget is low than I would suggest this pc. It’s great for beginners as well.

I would not recommend.
This started out to be a good deal. Arrived on time and as advertised. Lasted three months before it started giving graphics issues with light gaming (Roblox). OK, under warranty right. But when I e-mailed them, no answer, not even a thanks, we have received your e-mail. I have spent hour trying to figure what seems to be a bad graphics card. I guess it's a case of you pays yer money and you takes yer chances.

Great value
Five stars because it’s exactly what I paid for and works perfectly. Seems to be really fast with no hangups. The only issue I would point out is that the Wi-Fi receiver is poor. I had to purchase a separate one of better quality.

It was alright
It was cool, nothing too extreme and not a low end just a nice mid tier computer for everyday use. Only drawback id say is that they make their own motherboards and there is almost no support no drivers to easily download no software.
