Good
Didn't realize it was a used/returned item. Box was in bad shape but item brand new with plastic still on it. Quality is great.

Price is way higher than it should be its not like an actual work ladder its more like a large step stool

VERY wobbly only use if you have someone to steady it.
VERY wobbly. There is a replacement set of caps but if they only made them wider it might help with stability. It is well made and the steps are nice and wide. I would strongly suggest only using it if you have someone to hold the ladder while you climb and work. I don't have that luxury . I am not sure how I can return it unless I put it through my sunroof on a compact car.
