My product was in a zip lock bag and no seal so I’m thinking it was a used product how dirty and I was using it for my tummy and thighs not noticing anything right now just how I got cheated out

Used it on my saggy-old neck with amazing results!
I found this on clearance at Target and decided, wth. It seemed to help my tummy a tiny bit. I think my tummy is just a lost cause! HOWEVER! I put this on my neck one day just out of desperation b/c after losing a lot of weight and hitting 35, my neck has gotten kind of "crepey". This stuff immediately worked! And it didn't make my neck feel tight, it just tightened it up and it feels plumper and soft. I don't even apply it every, it legitimately seemed to make my skin thicker or something. I'm super amazed.As far as tummies, idk if it's worth it. But more delicate skin, like my neck it's worked wonders!
