Q: I seem to have opposite reaction to this. I keep waking up all night am I doing something wrong? Taking the recommended dose.

approx 1-2% of the population has this reaction to valerian. it has to do with a genetic variant with liver metabolism. it is best to stop using valerian. consider other herbs such as passion flower or chamomile.

Q: What Does It Taste Like?

It tastes like the water that collects in tent folds and stays in there the whole week you're camping (and smells like it as well), but it works amazingly.

Q: what are ALL of the ingredients?

My bottle says it has valerian rhizome and root extract and organic cane alcohol (54-64%). This product has worked well for me for insomnia. I don not take it during the day as it sedates me.

Q: Anyone compare this with the 500 mg capsule form? which do you think works better? tia

Extracts absorbed are better for sure. I have only used Valarian extract but if you look it up there is tons of research to prove it's better as a liquid.
