Excellent remote for the money. I've used several other universal remotes, and with that being said, this is the best one. I find the the Philips remotes are better than the GE remotes.

Had a bit of trouble getting it to connect to our nvidia shield tv box but went over the codes several times,had to put nvidia in developer mode to chage a setting for connection issue. The tv is great,so far. Great picture,sound and connection via ethernet was easy. Im 60 plus yrs old and if i can figure this out any one can lol.

Pretty easy to set up and use. Had to go through a number of codes to find the correct one for my surround sound system, but be patient, it found it in the end.

My other remotes (GE) would only work some features on my Xfinity box so I sought out another remote. I settled on Philips because another of their 4 device remotes worked all devices. I purchased this one and it worked all five devices and all features!! My Xfinity box, Apple TV, Bose Ultra Soundbar, Sony TV, Sony DVD player. And all except the Bose soundbar, and Sony DVD player on the first code tried. But eventually with multiple code tries they worked too. Highly recommend.

Remote stopped working in less than 2 years. It need reprogram everyday. Seems like it’s getting reset after few hours. Disappointing.
