If I had one note, it would be that those who prefer a stronger spice kick or less sweetness may want to adjust the mix ratio or add extra tea/spices. Nice to find a local Canadian supplier! My favourite Chai Tea for making yummy lattes! My latte recipe: 2 cup glass measuring cup - fill with 200ml water and 200ml of favourite milk (I use 1% or coconut milk), stir and microwave to just before boiling (my microwave is approximately 4 minutes). Then I add 60ml of Chai mix to milk, stir and then pour into my mug. Enjoy!!
