As beginner in embroidery I was looking something easy to learn but at the same time I was thinking about something that I wouldn’t wanna go for next step too soon. And voila- this is machine exactly this type. You can in beginning use pre installed pics, but when this is learnt there is options to go for usb and download your own pics.What can I say about serviceWhen I received my machine I tried it out and unfortunately it had a slight problem with pedal/cord as didn’t sew when tried to use pedal. Contacted seller, all was sorted out promptly, one day contacted, explained problem, next day pedal was sent out , all sorted and working like flyingIf I could I would give seller 12 points out of 10
