is it easy to put on? i have mobility problem since it is my right shoulder and live alone

My right shoulder has a torn rotator cuff tendon (second time and inoperable)and the joint is severely arthritic, the results of a lifetime of contact sports and power-lifting. I can get the brace on by myself without too much effort and only minor swearing. It's a bit painful but, if it wasn't painful, I wouldn't need the brace.
