初回注文分は音声出力が無く、翌日の返品交換には初めてスマリボックスを使用。納めた当日中に代替え品が到着し、こちらは問題無く使用出来ました。

元のケーブルが調子悪くなったので交換。元のケーブルより太くはなったけど柔軟さがあります。元のケーブルはハマりが悪かったのですが、これはしっかりハマります。音は耳が肥えてないのでよく分かりません。安価で必要十分です。こだわりないならおすすめです。

初期不良で音が出ませんでした。レビューの同じ現象を参考に交換を依頼し、代替品は問題なく音が出ました。返品にはコンビニを利用しましたが、メールのQRコードが読め込めずに焦りました。コードの下の見にくい番号を入力して何とか返品できましたが、2度、困ったので星3つにしました。液晶テレビの酷い音がアンプ経由で生き返って満足しています。
