I customised my guard and wore it for the first time last night. It is effective and comfortable, and I awoke without pain. Brilliant! I’ve previously had two guards fitted by my dentist, which were both expensive and too tight to be comfortable.The reason that I didn’t give it five stars is that the instructions included could be more comprehensive.It’s important to heat the guard so it is really pliable and to mould it with sufficient pressure to achieve a good fit. Don’t be frightened of working the material round the teeth.My first attempt was not very successful, so I immersed it again in very hot water and went for it!I recommend this product wholeheartedly and would urge the supplier to rewrite the fitting instructions ASAP.Thank you for a cost effective and wearable solution to a miserable condition.

I've been using the Bruxadent for the past few nights and I'm extremely impressed (and relieved) with the results. After month of trying to find a comfortable and effective guard to stop me grinding my teeth this one has finally done the job. Very comfortable, stays in place (I almost choked on a previous guard from another manufacturer), 100% stops the grinding, plus the price and bonus cleaning tablets are very welcome too. So glad I stumbled on this guard.

I have had an aching jaw for over a year and X-rays at the dentist didn't bring up any problems with my teeth. I have also noticed a 'rubber band twanging noise' in my ear and when I Googled this, somebody mentioned it was to do with the Eustachian tube and that they grind their teeth at night and using these guards helped. I don't know if I grind my teeth in my sleep but thought I'd give these a go because they are reasonably priced. I am impressed, my jaw no longer aches, easy to follow instructions but it would have been helpful to include how-to-clean-guard after wearing it. I had a checkup yesterday at the dentist and mentioned the above. The dentist confirmed that I do grind my teeth (they don't know why people grind their teeth in their sleep but it could be stress related apparently). If you are not sure whether you grind your teeth, you will have an imprint of your teeth on the sides of your tongue and a line inside your mouth on the inside of your cheek (where your teeth have clamped your cheek in your sleep). My dentist has sent an imprint of my lower teeth away for a more fitting guard for my lower teeth. However, these are £100, so the above guards are a bargain.

Bought this for my wife and she's very pleased with the product. The instructions were very clear and most importantly the guard fits her upper teeth really well and has eased the discomfort caused by TMD. The cleaning tablets and bonus pdf were a nice touch and delivery was incredibly quick. Highly recommended supplier and product!

I had a mouth guard which was tailor made by my dentist. It was expensive & rather uncomfortable as it was made out of rigid plastic. It broke in half recently, so I thought that I'd try Bruxadent before going back to my dentist if needs be. I am very pleased that I did. I found the Broxadent easy to fit to the shape of my mouth. It pretty comfortable to wear & it works. I am not grinding my teeth. My only slight crictism is that the Bruxadent does make my mouth dry. I'm gasping for water in the morning! It's good value for money as the box contains four mouth guards.

Thank you thank you for this product! It arrived yesterday. I have spent the past 15 years paying £200 odd at the dentist for a tooth guard due to always grinding and clenching my teeth at night. I’ve needed a new one for ages but really did not want to be forking out the money. I looked on amazon for a different solution (Amazon is the answer to everything right?!!) and came across these. For £12 I thought it was worth a try. Well I couldn’t be happier. Once moulded to my mouth shape I can find no difference between them and the ones I’ve had made at the dentist. It stayed in my mouth all night, was comfortable, and for the first time in months I’ve woken up after a deep sleep with no headache! I’m a VERY satisfied customer, would highly recommend to anyone

Arrived very quickly, no issue with the soaking in hot water but I would say don’t bite down quite so hard as I went straight thru in one part. There was a slight issue so I had to contact the seller and they not only got back to be straight away but also resolythe issue. 100% for crusty service fair play. Guards are good too used three nights in a row and no issue sleeping.

I’m so glad I found this product and wish I’d found it sooner. The moulding instructions were very easy to follow. Mine is a perfect fit and did not take much getting used to after popping it in my mouth. It’s made a huge difference to my sleep and I no longer wake up through the night with my jaw clenched tight. Would definitely recommend for anyone who clenched or grind their teeth through the night.
