It is written in clear and concise language without the boring vibration/dynamics mathematical relations. If you want a good understanding of modal testing methods, sampling techniques, modeshape determination from vibration data etc. you need to get a copy of this book.Print quality is excellent and the figures are colouful and very illustrative. I can't recommend it enough.

今の時代の振動・騒音分野のエンジニアであれば、これくらいの内容は英文で読んで理解できて当然であると思ったほうがいいのではないかと思う。内容は特に難しいと思われる内容は含まれていないので、この分野のベテランのエンジニアであればこの分野の技術の整理として、初心者から中級者であれば次へのステップアップのための整理として適した内容ではないかと思われる。
