4 Star Rating - so far... time will tell all
This review is for the 10 Pack of LiCB brand, CR-1/3N, 3V Lithium Batteries ordered 2/20/2021 and delivered next day on 2/21/2021. None of the batteries are in use at this time (2/22/2021). Longevity remains to be experienced. Both Amazon and manufacturer websites state a 3 year shelf life (see 2nd and 3rd pictures), however this is somewhat meaningless without an actual expiration date imprinted on the battery blister-pack battery cards as you have no idea how long they have been sitting on someone else's shelf. Picture #4 shows battery voltage at the Factory (3.31V), Stored for 1 Year (3.20V), Stored for 2 Years (3.10V). However, there is no voltage shown at 3 Years, and without knowing this you cannot extrapolate voltage at interim periods between year 2 and year 3. Not a big deal as I feel my 10 batteries will be consumed well before 3 years pass. To be able to make a suitable exchange/return/refund should any of these purchased batteries prematurely fail published storage claims, I measured each battery's voltage. My Digital Volt Meter (DVM) leads have very sharp points, and it was rather easy to push them through the plastic blister packaging and make contact with battery plus and minus ends. Here are the measured voltages: Card #1, measured from top most battery to bottom battery: 3.31V, 3.32V, 3.32V, 3.32V, 3.32V. Card #2, measured from top most battery to bottom battery: 3.31V, 3.31V, 3.32V, 3.32V, 3.32V. I now know all of the as delivered to me battery voltages are equal to or greater than what LiCB shows for "Factory Voltage" on Amazon and on their own website. If I have batteries left after year 1 or year 2, I'll be able to retest each battery's voltage and learn how they are holding up. If there is a significant voltage drop, that could indicate they were "old" before delivery to me. Due to the battery cards having tear tabs to make it easy to open the blister packaging and remove a battery, the batteries are not 100% sealed. Regardless, I sealed the meter lead pin holes to mitigate moisture/air circulation. One final point - there is a table in picture 3. This table properly shows "Voltage (V)" and includes "(V)" which is the Unit Of Measure (UOM). It IMPROPERLY shows "Discharge time" as there is no UOM. Is it "0" to "900" seconds? or minutes? or days? or weeks? or months? or ... ?

Works after 1 day
Shipped quickly. Shipped in a BIG BOX. So far two of the batteries work, Will update in two months to see if they still work. Consider that 2 of the DuroXXX Batteries cost more, it will be an interesting test.
