I was looking for a discreet security camera, and this light bulb camera exceeded my expectations. Installation: Setup was a breeze — just screw it into any standard light socket and connect via the app. No wiring or drilling required, which is perfect for renters like me. Video Quality: The HD video is sharp and clear, even at night thanks to the built-in infrared LEDs. The wide-angle lens captures a broad area, so I don’t miss any details. Design: It looks just like a regular bulb, so it’s very discreet and doesn’t draw attention, adding an extra layer of security through stealth. Final Thoughts: If you want a no-fuss, hidden security camera that works reliably and looks like a normal light bulb, this is a fantastic option. I feel safer knowing I can keep an eye on my home anytime, anywhere.

The reason why I bought these cameras to let me know that somebody’s outside my door at all times and I will be safe and also when my package is outside the door as well

Edit: I'm extremely unhappy that the app has been updated to play a timed advertisement before it fully opens. That's ridiculous. I'd understand banner ads, but to make a delayed opening is absurd. Again, the camera is fantastic for the price, but delaying my ability to open the app -- yes, even by a few seconds-- and check things ruins the functionality drastically. Original review: Considering the cost of this camera, it works well. The image is clear both during the day and at night. It isn't as sensitive as I would like it to be and doesn't always catch movement. It loves capturing the wind though. Notifications are a bit delayed. I also wish it had a nightlight, cause I use it on my porch and have no light now that I use the light bulb plug for the camera. But again, for the cost of the camera, it works for what it is intended for.
