My family was with another budget brand phone company for 8 years decided to change to this phone company, it appears to everything it says on the label the only downside phone freezes every now and again, but if that didn't happen it would get 5*

Lived with this phone for almost a week, it's a well built, robust, feels like it'll outlast the apocalypse and can't fault the battery performance either. What lets it down massively is It's a very budget smartphone, the performance is worse than my previous 6 year old phone. Some apps just refuse to load and others take an age, it has several querks around display settings, if you use dark mode for example, it'll dim the screen to the point you can't see it in the sun. Also the screen rez is horrible and speakers sound like two tin cans, watching videos feels like punishment. I knew it was a budget phone going in and was willing to accept some floors, I've always gone for budget Androids and been surprised with the performance, but this maybe a bit too budget for me, which is a shame because they really could have smashed it out the park if the phone wasn't so horrible to use. I'm an IT tech, this phone will make a great work phone, but I also wanted something I could use as a daily driver off the clock too. Fortunately, I do know my way round Android, I'm going to see if a custom Android ROM will help with performance issues, but the average user is going to struggle. To sum up, great built and battery, horrible user experience.

Battery life is not what I expected

Top class in performance and price is really good. Im happy with my recent purchase of this smartphone.The phone i bought is meant to use during my construction work ,i dropped it a couple of times but it remained solid. the phone works fast and touch screen pannel is user friendly and i enjoy watching movies and playing games in it.Thanks to its massive storage and large ram capacity to work it faster and effeciently. Camera quality is great too and long battery life makes this purchase well worth the price . i found this great value for my money and highly recommended. Thank you
