Battery does not hold a charge.
The battery will not stay charged it drains within 20 minutes of being off the charger. It’s very hard to use the pad for the curser. It won’t allow me to use a mouse. I bought a warranty but never received the warranty information I’ve had it a few months but probably don’t have more than 3 hours of total use

Cooling fan Problem
Bought in June 2025 for the past month the cooling fan been making a load squeeling noise. The computer otherwise proforms as it should,

Good value for the money
I'm 64 it's the first computer I've ever owned I'm not very technical but I figured that my age I might as well learn it now actually it's quite easy to learn the advancements in computers have come a long way it's a very good item to purchase.

Never heard of brand but highly recommend
Bought it for my daughter's college classes and she says it works perfectly and has everything she needs. So far, so good.

Horrible keypad
If I could give this 0 stars I would. The laptop worked OK but the keypad looked like it was 10 years old - completely faded, couldn't see any of the keys. Decided to reorder, 2nd one was the same and shipping took about 2 weeks for this one. Don't buy it.

Laptop inop
Not working. Turn on shows Apt. Up Setup Utility- Copyright (C) 2023 American Megatrends, Inc. on top of display. Can change next line that shows Main chipset,Security,Boot, Save & Exit and all functions I push just return me to same display. Assistance needed. Cannot use laptop
