Must be almost underneath for breeze
You have to be sitting almost directly under the fan to be able to feel the breeze. The first one I purchased for my dining room and installed it directly above my table, so the air was perfect in that situation. But then I purchased one for my living room and the air does not reach all around the room. Only one spot on my sofa gets a full breeze. But I do love the lighting (which is the only reason I was getting rid of my old one). Unfortunately I’m going to have to replace the one in the living room.
