Has anyone seen an improvement in their dog or cats blood results?

Yes. I did see a great improvement. My dog Willow was diagnosed with 4th stage kidney disease and after all the vet treatments and meds her BUN was still at 4.2 and vet said she had 3 months to live max. She was ill and not her normal happy self. In desperation I tried this stuff figuring we had nothing to lose except a few bucks and with all the positive reviews it seemed at least hopeful. I am so glad we tried it. 2 weeks after starting this stuff, I had Willow tested again and her BUN fell to 2.4, vet said that was more in the range of 2nd stage disease with a much better prognosis. With her numbers looking improved and her acting like her old self again, the vet was amazed.

Did they change packaging? The bottle we just finished is glass. I ordered a new one via amazon prime and the bottle is plastic and not in a box.

Kidney Support Gold, like all tinctures from Petwellbeing does not need to be refrigerated to stay fresh. As well these tinctures do not "go bad" or spoil so much as lose potency over time.

We do just recommend keeping these formulas in a dark place as direct sunlight can reduce potency as well.

Our products maintain full potency for roughly 3-5 years on average. If you turn over the bottle/s you have, you will see an expiration date printed on the bottom of the bottle.

How long does it usually take to start working?

I used this on my 13 year old male cat twice a day for a week.  He didn't mind the taste but it didn't help him.  I tried Pediolite in his water and straight.  I mixed up meat jarred baby food with homemade chicken broth, but nothing helped his kidney failure. His appetite was gone and nothing could stimulate him to eat.  All he wanted was to drink water, water, water.  The doctor tried putting fluids under the skin but I didn't want to subject my best little pal to more torture so we let him go to sleep.  It was a very hard several weeks and I still miss him after all these months.  So, the kidney support didn't help.
