I don't often write lengthy reviews, but hopefully I can be helpful to anyone considering these. My expectations have been completely surpassed and I highly recommend them.Firstly, they are very stretchy and 'breathable'. I was expecting something quite dense, but they are super lightweight and give you opportunity to move your lips a little, finding a comfortable position even after application.The adhesive is very sticky and I was concerned about my lips. So, although the instructions say not to use moisturiser etc as it will reduce the effect of the adhesive, I actually do. I put a good amount of lip balm on just my lips then apply the patch, really pressing around my mouth. The adhesive is so good that it stays on all night just from the strength of the part that touches around my lips. This leaves my lips really moisturised too, like a little lip mask every night!I had worried about what would happen when my nose became blocked. However, somehow, having my mouth fully closed all night keeps my nose unblocked and I'm sleeping so much better. I don't fully understand the biology behind this but it must be to do with airways not drying out etc. Anyway, I can breathe easily through my nose all night and wake up refreshed.These have really changed my life. I don't heavily breathe through my mouth, I sleep considerably better and I'm also definitely seeing a subtle change in the definition of my chin and jaw through not having my mouth gaping open 8 hours a night! Give them a go!

This mouth tape definitely helps reduce the amount of snoring, yet somehow I still defy all odds and am able to snore! My partner assures me its only a fraction of what it used to be, so all in all a positive outcome. I also like how I dont wake up with a dry mouth anymore, so 5*s for that!I have also tried 4-5 different brands, and this one seems to be the best one. I thought, how could tape cost so much!? Surely they are all the same? But no. This brand leaves the least residue when removing in the morning, and is much gentler on the skin. I have had to return the other brands - although they were half the price, they are half the quality and were painful to remove and left a huge black ring around my mouth in the morning. You get what you pay for!

Something has changed with these. They used to be quite substantial but the last two packs have been very flimsy and the adhesive isn’t nearly as good as it once was. For a premium price for 30 pieces they should be a premium product, and they no longer are.

Although it took some time to get used to, and there were a few nights where I woke up to find the tape not properly in place, the overall benefits far outweigh these minor inconveniences.While it's not without its drawbacks, such as the slight pain experienced during removal and the occasional inconsistency in wearing it, I've found its benefits to outweigh these concerns. Incorrect application can lead to some wasted strips, but with a sleek black design and ample quantity in each packet, it remains a valuable addition to my sleep hygiene routine.In summary, this sleep tape offers a practical solution to mouth breathing and snoring issues. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their sleep quality and address mouth breathing or snoring issues.

Easy to apply, function as they should, made of good quality materials and stick really well. Unfortunately for bearded gentleman it 100% years hairs out hence the 3star. I had to cut them down to size to avoid this.

My daughter bought it for herself. I was only curious, so I thought i would just give it a little go to see what it would be like. So impressed, I'm using it all the time now. I've used the product for 1 week now.Once placed over mouth it stays on for the duration of your sleep. I have a beard so I was extremely dubious. I thought that there's no way this would work on a beard. I was so impressed that it stayed on perfectly all night, didn't move at all.The material is soft and comfy, with no odour. The sticky part leaves no residue at all. If you need to take it off, it comes off easily enough, just be gentle and slow. Did not pinch or pull on my beard either when taking it off and sleeping. Sticks back again perfectly. It's very comfortable once you have applied it. I've not tried to use the same peice over multiple nights, but I'm going to give it a try.I had no trouble sleeping whatsoever. I thought it would really freak me out wearing it and that I would be waking up all the time in a panic. I sleep on back and both sides. But had caused no issues.It has stopped me talking in my sleep as well. And it's great for scaring the hell out of people in the middle of the night. Lol
