I purchased this set for my daughter's ever growing Calico Critters collection. The mother/daughter combo in fancy dress was able to fit in with her city collection. 2 years ago we gave her the grand department store and the city trolley for Christmas, and the deluxe bakery last year for her birthday. Now she can have her favorite rabbit family taking a day trip from her county town players into the big city and it all works out.I have said it before in my reviews of Calico critters products and will continue to say it. The sheer play value versus money spent is huge. You simply can't beat the price. I am more than happy to buy these toys because of the thoughtful design, the quality of manufacturing and the durability of the products. I also enjoy that they don't give young girls and boys a distorted body image as other toy lines do and aren't poorly crafted with flimsy accessories. Just a great buy all around. I would recommend them over and over for anyone looking for solid toy collections.

We bought our granddaughter her first calico critters this past summer. OMG not only are they incredible well made, but they are so stinking cute! Our granddaughter is 4 1/2 her face was priceless when she opened the box. She looked up and said Grandma there are SO many accessories! So this Christmas we bought her pretty much all calico critters items. They are sturdy, colorful, with so much personality. It is a true pleasure to purchase such quality toys, worth every penny!

This fancy duo was purchased for my 10yr old. She loves the Calico Critter series and these were a welcome addition to her collection.I have three daughters 7, 10, 12 and they all enjoy this line. You will get years of play out of this product no only in terms of quality (if properly taken care of), but also in terms of holding a child's imagination.As far as this individual purchase, the product arrived when promised without defects or complications.

Very cute gift idea. Provides hours of imaginative play. I highly recommend.

These are sweet for a gift. It is hard to keep up w/ the little accessories though, so I wouldn’t recommend opening the box until you know where to store the extras. My 4 y/o enjoyed this while my 10 y/o who collects these thought it was a bit immature for her.

The quality and detail of the product is amazing! The figurines look exactly like how they do on the calico critters mini series/episodes on Netflix. It's crazy how all the details of the products from the critter to the clothing, house, car, furnitures, shops, etc...look exactly like the show. It's crazy. Overall love love love calico critters! The town series is fabulous!
