My daughter has major knee problems and has had surgery on one of them. She said these help her out alot.

I have huge legs and these fit great!
I have always had larger legs and its very hard to find a good fit especially if they are "universal" fitting. These particular ones fit great, I can adjust so that they are comfy over or under my pants. I use these when I lift weights, they provide good support and help ease tension when lifting. I am getting older and things hurt now! I feel more secure and comfortable without the fear of possibly hurting myself during a set.

Great Support
Works great for athletes struggling with knee pain. Daughter wore for basketball and it was a great support.

It did help.
I have tried all sort of knee wraps with not much pain relief. Some even made it worse. Surprisingly this little strap really did easy my knee pain. I have no idea why. They are a little bit longer than I expected but they do fit.

Abrasive fabric
The sizing works great for small adults (I am 5โ0), but unfortunately the support strap itself is quite unpadded and the fabric used seems like it would chafe quickly with how tight they need to be for support. The way the stitching was finished almost seems hard, like it was melted with heat to reduce fraying, and just trying them on in my house felt like it was cutting into my skin. I also bought the PhysFlex patellar supports and the front strap is much more cushioned and the fabric is much softer, but the one size fastening straps are way too long for my thin and small legs. My solution has been to use the fastening straps from the iPow support on the PhysFlex front strap, but I only need to do that because of my size. If you are anything approaching a regular adult size, I would just go for the PhysFlex and not consider the iPow. The iPow is definitely still functionally supportive, but not the most comfortable, which is unfortunate considering the iPow cost more than the PhysFlex at the time of writing this review.
