Q: Do shoes come in right and left

this shoe comes in one form only- The shoe itself fits either foot. I do with I'd have known about the peg assist as I would have ordered it immediately. I've just ordered the toe cap so I can wear this longer in the rainy season. I've just ordered one for my Left foot as I have plantar faciitis in the opposite foot and the offloading helps relieve the pain better than any ice ball or other exercise.

Q: What ordinary shoe size corresponds to Medium?

I wear a 10 to 11wome's size shoe and the medium ortho wedge shoe fits great. It takes a little getting used to, but does a wonderful job of off-loading weight from the front of your foot.

Q: medium or small for size 8 ladies shoe

It’d get a medium. It’s better to be to big than too small. My son wears a size 10 shoe and got him a large. I hope this helps.

Q: Can it be worn with a fiberglass cast?

Hardly, this is not a cast boot
