Great pizza flour
My new favourite pizza flour, used a few from some Italian miller's in the past with the dough recipe on my Ooni app. Followed the recipe on the bag using fast action dry yeast, mixed and proven in my bread machine on its own 50 minute pizza dough cycle. Formed a ball and dusted it all over with more flour before transferring to a bowl with a clear food bag tied around it whilst my Ooni Karu 16 heated up. Results speak for themselves!

My favourite flour for PIZZA
It's quite strong and prone to spring back when stretched, but it yelds the best pizza dough (at least in my personal experience).The pizza bread comes out very soft, light and crunchy.

Matthews flour never disappoints.
Fantastic quality flour. I've been using Matthews flour for years. I also use Shipton Mill spelt flour, excellent.
