This watch in all likelihood will be coming from a gray market dealer and not from a Hamilton authorized dealer. The watch will be brand new and legit - but it will likely have the Amazon warranty and/or seller warranty. You can get a Hamilton warranty by purchasing from an AD - but you will pay a few hundred bucks more for the same watch.

Likely. My wrist is not over large (6.5 in) and it's perfect. The smaller case size (38cm) and lug to lug help.
