Q: The picture shows that the battery contact polarity is reversed from oem charger, i.e., positive on right. is the picture wrong?

I do not have the charger in front of me, but i have not had any issues charging my batteries or using them after charging. I think that the image may just be an improper stock photo, I would only purchase if it specifically says that it is compatible with your camera or battery. Hope this helps!
