Lots of dumbbell exercises with pictures and explanations. Currently using it to help make my cardiac rehabilitation more versatile and enjoyable

Not what I expected but maybe it was my fault for having expectations. It doesn't explain how to do any of the exercises, which is what I was hoping for. Each exercise is just represented by a single picture and the point is to give you ideas for workouts or groupings of exercises to do in one sitting. Anyway, I didn't expect what I got and even if I had expected it this is kind of useless and low effort material. I would send it back but I feel like I got what I deserved for not researching it properly. When anyone can self-publish, don't expect everything to be quality.
